(just a small iintro I made you can skip this to the 2nd part)
1st. It has been 2 months since I arrived to Brazil and I'm loving it !!
The classes aren't that great because they have much more theory than the classes in Lisbon so I wouldn't recommend the Textile and Fashion graduation of USP for the ones that like me wish to be a Fashion designer... Well It's the 3rd year so ... I'll make the best of it ...I'm almost over with college.
2nd.AAAAAAnd I couldn't stay still specially because THE FABRICS HERE ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CHEAP iwi It was like 6R$, a meter 2€ iwi My Ririchiyo cosplay costed me like ....10€ with buttons and such!!! And with a Anime event approaching I had to do something!!! I just had one problem ...no sewing machine ... so I made the whooooole thing by hand 8D I broght the wig from Lisbon and the horns already had the shirt so it was prety easy...
I cutted my Long curly white wig that I used to cosplay a duman from phantasy star infinity online 2 and styled it to lent it to my boyfriend so he could cosplay Miketsukami.
It took me 3 makeup trials to make his characterization perfect ...I never did any makeup in guys so it was kind of hard for me...
We prepared a presentation and off we go to Anime Guarulhos Festival
We stood since 9h to 12h in the line ( :3 fortunately we met some vocalovers there <3) and then a fabulous Legolas started to gather us cosplayers and took us in front of the line so we could pass first
It was a FREE EVENT!!! please tell me why do I pay almost 20€ in Portugal for a Little event when I can go FOR FREEEEEEEE to a major event with such nice people and a larger array of products, experiences, games to try, activities and so on ???
Well It was almost time for us to go to stage when I had a breakdown ... All those things that were said to me after I went to London all the situations I been through at that time caused me stage fright...I cried and I didn't know if I should compete again or not...I didn't want to ruin my carefree 'cosplayer life' but I missed the stage... If it wasn't for Gionmaru's hugs, kisses and kind words to me I wouldn't have had the most satisfying most cheerful and loud applause I've ever heard in my life!!! I want to thank the brazilian community for receiving me so well, I never had problems because I have portuguese nationality besides my brazilian, because my costume was made by hand or other thing! the other cosplayers were so kind and nice it wasn't any ferociousness or bad looks or things like that, that were 'normal' for me to feel from others in the backstage in Portugal ...
After I finished the presentation and the applause stoped I could cry from happiness, All that part of a portuguese cosplayer is now closed I'm now home ='3
I probably should say it was Gionmaru's debut in the cosplay stage =3 He was a great partner <3
And thanks to the crowd for suggesting the kiss XD What was supposed to happen was that he would kneel and kiss my hand just like in the anime... but the kiss really was a great idea u\\\\u
We took so many photos !!! We had no idea InuxBoku SS was so popular! Also I've never had such a happy bubbly cosplay/anime fans taking photos with me! Inu x Boku SS fans are the absolute best!
It was one of the best events I've ever been THANKYOU soooooo much to all of you! you are the best !
PS.I have to say that I miss my friends and expecialy my photographer extraordinaire Xaxamorte Tatiana Soares <\3 miss you guys
